Setting Up Your Newsletter
The newsletter feature lets you collect subscribers directly from your published blogs. Choose a ready-made template, customize its content, set it as active, and switch on a global newsletter widget that appears across your site to grow your audience.
How It Works
•Pick from a set of pre-built newsletter templates designed to capture email signups.
•Edit a template's wording, headings, and call to action to match your brand voice.
•Mark a single template as active so it becomes the one shown to visitors.
•Enable the newsletter globally to display the signup widget on all your published blogs.
•Captured signups appear in your Leads area, where you can review and export them.
Steps
1.Open the Newsletter page from the main navigation menu.
2.Browse the available templates and select the one you like.
3.Edit the template content, including its headline, description, and button text.
4.Set the template as active to make it the live version.
5.Turn on the global newsletter toggle to publish the widget across your blogs.
6.Open the Leads page later to view and export your subscribers.

Tips & Notes
•Keep your signup message short and clear so visitors know exactly what they'll receive.
•Only one template can be active at a time, so finalize your edits before setting it live.
•Newsletter signups are stored alongside your other leads for easy management.
Preview your edited template before going live to make sure it looks right on your site.
The widget only appears to visitors once both the active template and the global toggle are turned on.
Troubleshooting
•Widget not showing on your blog? Confirm the global newsletter toggle is enabled and a template is set as active.
•Edits not appearing? Make sure you saved your changes and that the edited template is the active one.
•No subscribers showing up? Check the Leads page and filter by the newsletter type to view signups.
•Changes not reflecting on a live blog? Allow a moment for your published site to update, then refresh.
