Creating and Editing Blogs
Hyperblog gives you a rich content editor to write, format, and manage every blog post on your site. Whether you're starting from a blank page or importing an existing document, you can shape your content, assign it to categories and authors, and publish when you're ready.
How It Works
•Create a new blog from scratch and write directly in the rich editor.
•Import existing content from DOCX, Markdown, or HTML files to generate a blog automatically.
•Format text, add images, and include math expressions inside the editor.
•Assign categories, tags, and an author to keep your content organized.
•Choose a template, preview the result, and publish the blog to your live site.
•Search and filter your blogs by status, author, category, or tag from the Blogs list.
Steps
1.Open Blogs from the main navigation to see your existing posts.
2.Click to create a new blog, or choose Import to upload a DOCX, Markdown, or HTML file (up to 10MB).
3.Write or edit your content in the rich editor, adding headings, images, and formatting as needed.
4.Assign a category, tags, and an author to the blog.
5.Pick a template and preview how the post will appear on your site.
6.Publish the blog to make it live, or keep it as a draft to finish later.
Blog Fields and Options
Field / Option | Description |
|---|---|
Title | The headline of your blog post, shown on the published page. |
Content | The body of the post, written and formatted in the rich editor. |
Categories & Tags | Labels used to group and filter your posts. |
Author | The profile credited as the writer of the post. |
Status | Whether the post is a draft or published live. |
Template | The visual layout applied to the published post. |
Tips & Notes
•Importing a document is the fastest way to publish existing writing — the file's title and content fill in automatically.
•Use categories and tags consistently so visitors can browse related posts easily.
•Preview your template before publishing to confirm the layout looks the way you expect.
Imported files must be DOCX, Markdown, or HTML and no larger than 10MB.
If you're on the free plan, you have a limited number of blogs. Once your remaining blogs reach zero, you'll be prompted to upgrade before creating or importing more.
Troubleshooting
•"No content found in the file" — check that your document actually contains text and is a supported format before importing again.
•"You have no remaining blogs" — you've reached your plan limit; upgrade your subscription to add more posts.
•Import fails for large files — make sure the file is under the 10MB size limit.
•Can't find a blog in the list — clear any active search or filters to show all posts again.
